The Flow Community Policy

Purpose: The Flow Community is dedicated to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and respectful space for all its members. This community policy outlines the rules and guidelines that govern the behavior and interactions of our members to ensure a positive and enriching experience for everyone.

1. Respect and Civility:

  • Treat all community members with respect, kindness, and empathy.

  • Refrain from engaging in personal attacks, harassment, or discrimination based on race, gender, religion, sexual orientation, or any other personal characteristic.

  • Avoid offensive language, hate speech, or any form of intimidation.

2. Content Guidelines:

  • Do not post or share any content that is illegal, harmful, or violates copyright or intellectual property rights.

  • Ensure that all content is relevant to the community's purpose and appropriate for all age groups.

  • Clearly mark any content that may be considered triggering or sensitive.

3. Privacy and Security:

  • Do not share personal information about yourself or others without consent.

  • Report any suspicious activity or concerns to the community moderators or administrators.

4. Self-Promotion and Spam:

  • This is a place to connect, not to sell. Self-promotion is not allowed.

  • Spamming of the community with unrelated content or links leads is not allowed.

  • Respect the community's designated areas for promotions and advertisements.

5. Moderation and Enforcement:

  • Community moderators and administrators have the authority to enforce these rules and guidelines.

  • Violations may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the offense.

6. Reporting Violations:

  • If you come across a post or behavior that violates these guidelines, please report it to the moderators or administrators promptly.

7. Appeals Process:

  • If you believe that you have been wrongly disciplined or banned, you may contact the community administrators to appeal the decision (contact@inyournaturalflow.nl).

8. Community Goals:

  • Support the community's objectives, contribute positively to discussions, and help create a welcoming atmosphere for all members.

9. Updates to Community Policy:

  • This community policy may be updated or modified by the community administrators as needed. Members will be notified of any changes.

10. Membership Agreement:

  • By participating in the Flow Community online community, you agree to abide by these guidelines and the decisions of the community moderators and administrators.

Failure to comply with these guidelines may result in disciplinary action, including but not limited to warnings, suspensions, or bans from the community.
