"Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive."

    Focused on growth

Every group and individual session is treated as a focused training moment designed to challenge you to grow. We clarify your starting point, make your goals clear and track your progress, so we can celebrate every step and know exactly what you need to keep moving forward. You’ll be challenged in reflective, practical and playful ways, often discovering that you are more capable than your inner critic would have you believe.

    Present with room for depth

The guidance is rooted in taking concrete steps in the present, while acknowledging that patterns from the past can influence how you show up today. Where relevant, there is space to explore past experiences to understand what needs to shift in order to move forward. Based on your intake and goals, we determine together whether your question calls for coaching, counselling, or a thoughtful combination of both.

WHY

I believe the world becomes a better place when each of us has the opportunity to discover and develop our full potential. That way, we can use our talents to create a positive and lasting impact in the world.

Through In Your Natural Flow, I support creative, versatile entrepreneurs and professionals who like to do things a little differently.

When you do what you’re good at, what energizes you, and what truly matters to you, it’s contagious. It connects, inspires, and contributes to meaningful impact β€” for yourself and those around you.

I help you break out of the boxes that no longer fit you, so you can fully and sustainably express your multifaceted potential β€” in your work and beyond.

Because I believe that what you bring to the table truly matters.  That you are allowed to color outside the lines. And that by doing so, you make this world a richer, more vibrant place.

Nice to meet you!

My name is Sarah Vermazen, and I’m the founder of In Your Natural Flow.

Before I fully embraced my multipassionate nature, I often felt like I didn’t quite belong anywhere. I had broad interests, wanted everything, and enjoyed so many different things. But that made choosing nearly impossible. A β€œjack of all trades, master of none”… that’s how I often felt. I doubted myself and struggled with the belief that I wasn’t truly good at anything.

The turning point came when I started to recognize the common thread connecting my different talents and interests. My values became my compass, instead of being guided by the expectations of others or the critical voice in my head. I also developed a kinder, softer relationship with myself and discovered:

My versatility isn’t a flaw. It’s my strength.

I found work that allowed me to use my broad range of interests and talents, and I gave myself permission to keep learning and exploring new things.

At the time, I was working in higher education as a lecturer, trainer, coach, and curriculum developer in fields such as psychology, sociology, research, and communication. Alongside that, I provided freelance training in communication and theatre.

I worked in and from different parts of the world β€” including Gambia, South Africa, and Thailand. I never hesitated to change roles or directions when something no longer felt aligned.

It was the combination and variety of all these roles and environments that made me thrive. I felt completely in my element. It gave me a sense of freedom, spaciousness, and clarity, and opened up a world of possibilities.

Over time, I realized I wasn’t the only one

I saw how the most talented, creative and ambitious entrepreneurs and professionals were also struggling. Not because they didn’t know what they wanted, but because they saw, felt, and could do so much. And found few examples of how all those parts of themselves could exist together.

That’s why I founded In Your Natural Flow in 2019.

To guide multipassionates in creating a way of living and working that truly fits.
With over 15 years of experience, I support creative, entrepreneurial people who are willing to look deeper, and who are ready to shape their ideas, desires, and talents into something real. Not based on a standard model from the outside, but from their talents, values, and mission.

Are you ready to shape your way of living and working, on your own terms?

Discover how I can help you grow

Instead of continuing to hope for the day when your ideals will come true on their own, I would rather teach you how to take control of your own destiny. With the right tools, you too can steer the ship of your life. Just imagine how free, happy, and loving you would feel if you fully embraced yourself and danced with life!

Both my clients and I have experienced firsthand how much more valuable life becomes in this way. You can surf on your own flow, instead of swimming against your natural instincts. A whole world opened up for meβ€” and continues to do so.

Testimonials

β€œThe program is incredibly well structured. It made it much clearer for me what makes me tick. All the exercises in the program were so well aligned and led to me having much better insight into what I want and why that is important to me.”

β€” Reinet Maas

β€œI can listen to my body much better now and take a pause to reconnect with myself. Instead of jumping from one thing to another as I used to. Through a practical exercise, I became aware of my high pace and how I was running ahead of myself. I am more aware of what I need and can therefore better pace myself.”

β€” Lizzy

β€œI find that I can do much more than I thought. I finally found the courage and energy to really do what I love! I appreciated the combination of the different components in the program; I found it pleasant and varied. I experienced the guidance as very supportive and helpful. Everything could be discussed, even (especially) in the moment of the conversations.”

- Nicolien, Studio Pretletter

β€œI want to thank you very much for this wonderful learning experience, in which I learned in a playful way to get closer to my feelings and to let go of (negative) thoughts!”

β€” Yara

β€œSarah is a good listener, very helpful, and has positive energy. Sarah opened my eyes to pursue my business. She helped me a lot in organizing the goals I have for my business and in believing in myself. She is always well-prepared and provides excellent service both one-on-one and in groups. Thank you and keep it up, Sarah!”

– Lisette, Studio88

β€œI noticed that it really works for me. This method has a physical approach. So gently massaging my head or laughing. What I particularly liked is that these were really things you could do and apply to get out of your head. Therefore, I would definitely recommend it.”
