"Ask yourself what makes you come alive, and go do it. Because what the world needs is people who have come alive."

World improver
As a child, Sarah sent all her pocket money to children in Africa. She was determined to dedicate herself to creating opportunities, both in her work in education and through various volunteer projects at home and abroad. She still enjoys being involved in social projects.
She is an ambassador for the Thai Child Development Foundation, where she volunteered in 2009.
Next to that, in 2025 she did a 5 km sponsor run in Pai, Thailand for Shekina Community to raise money to improve health care facilities for the local community. -
Born to be a teacher
As a child, she would play "school" after school hours. In friends’ autograph books, it always said she wanted to become a teacher. But for a long time, that dream faded until, in 2009, she stood in front of a class for the first time through the TCDF foundation in Thailand. That was when she knew: training and coaching people in their growth is what I’m here to do.
She worked for over 10 years in (higher) education, and now she uses her extensive experience as a teacher, trainer, course developer and coach to help other multipassionates embrace and shine in their versatility.
-
Big dreamer
As a child, Sarah was already full of big dreams. She dreamed of traveling and living on a tropical island, as well as becoming an artist. She also wanted to improve the world by helping people who are less fortunate. She has always thought outside the box and comes up with ideas all day long.
A predictable life on a conventional path was therefore not for her. Since she was 17, she has taken multiple long-distance trips and has lived in The Gambia, South Africa, and Thailand. During her travels, she enjoys collecting stories about how local people live, drawing immense inspiration from them.
Nice to meet you!
My name is Sarah Vermazen, and I’m the founder of In Your Natural Flow.
Before I fully embraced my multipassionate nature, I often felt like I didn’t quite belong anywhere.
I had broad interests, wanted everything, and enjoyed so many different things — but that made choosing nearly impossible.
A “jack of all trades, master of none”… that’s how I often felt.
I doubted myself and struggled with the belief that I wasn’t truly good at anything.
The turning point came when I started to recognize the red thread connecting my different talents and interests.
My values became my compass — instead of being guided by the expectations of others or the critical voice in my head.
I also developed a kinder, stronger relationship with myself and discovered:
my versatility isn’t a flaw — it’s my strength.
I found work that allowed me to use my broad range of interests and talents, and I gave myself permission to keep learning and exploring new things.
At the time, I was working in higher education as a lecturer, trainer, coach, and curriculum developer in fields such as psychology, sociology, research, and communication.
Alongside that, I provided freelance training in communication and theatre.
I worked in and from different parts of the world — including Gambia, South Africa, and Thailand — and I never hesitated to change roles or directions when something no longer felt aligned.
It was the combination and variety of all these roles and environments that made me thrive — I felt completely in my element. It gave me a sense of freedom, spaciousness, and clarity — and opened up a world of possibility.
Over time, I realized I wasn’t the only one
I saw how the most creative, ambitious, and sensitive professionals — often entrepreneurs or people working in healthcare, education, the arts, or communication — were also struggling.
Not because they didn’t know what they wanted, but because they saw, felt, and could do so much.
And found few examples of how all those parts of themselves could exist together.
That’s why I founded In Your Natural Flow in 2019.
To guide multipassionates in creating a way of living and working that truly fits.
With over 12 years of experience, I support creative, entrepreneurial people who are willing to look deeper — and who are ready to shape their ideas, desires, and talents into something real.
Not based on a standard model from the outside, but from their own rhythm, values, and unique energy.
Are you ready to shape your way of living and working — on your own terms?

Supporting people in their personal growth is where my heart lies, particularly in talent development, behavioral change, and learning.
As a versatile and dedicated professional, I have over 12 years of experience in training and coaching individuals. I have guided hundreds of people in education, healthcare, and as an entrepreneur.
I believe it is important to create opportunities for talent development so that everyone can flourish in their own way. This way, you can provide the greatest value to others and experience energy, fulfillment, and joy in your work and life.
-
With In Your Natural Flow, I decided to specialize in guiding versatile, social, and creative individuals who have a wide range of interests and a strong need for variety. This group is often referred to as multipassionates. This term immediately highlights that there are people who are passionate about many things and, as a result, find it challenging to choose just one path.
-
I challenge you in a practical and playful way to step outside your comfort zone, think creatively, and embrace making mistakes as part of your growth process.
I leverage my theoretical and practical background in human behavior to help you break free from rigid thinking patterns and automatic behaviors. My own life experiences, in which I regularly step outside my comfort zone, also inform my understanding of what this can yield for you.
My guidance is serious when necessary, but overall it is practical, light, and playful. I believe that taking yourself and life a little less seriously brings a lot of relief. This creates space to enjoy, make mistakes, and try new things.
Clients experience my guidance as versatile, empathetic, playful, and holistic, as I connect the mind, body, and heart. I effortlessly alternate scientific theory with active, creative, and practical tasks, and I combine this with body-oriented work when needed.
-
People come to me because they feel there’s more within them than they’re currently expressing — and because they’re ready to finally channel their versatility with clarity and intention.
They no longer want to doubt their direction, shrink themselves to fit what’s expected, or stay stuck in ideas without action.
They’re curious, sensitive, creative, and driven — but they’re looking for clarity, structure, and a way to shape all those qualities into something that truly fits.
I help you uncover what you really want, what’s holding you back, and how to create a way of living and working that aligns with your values, energy, and ambitions.
So you can stop being led by the critical voice in your head or the belief that you first need “more focus” or “more credentials.”Using behavioral psychology, practical tools, and guided reflection, you’ll gain insight, confidence, and forward momentum.
I’ll challenge you to make bold, aligned choices — and support you in sustaining them over time.I primarily work with multipassionate entrepreneurs and professionals in the social domain (such as education and healthcare) and the creative industries (such as communication and the arts).
People who aren’t looking for one-size-fits-all solutions, but for a path that makes sense from the inside out. -
The World as a Learning Experience
At the age of 19, I went to Africa for the first time and lived and worked in Gambia for six months. This period brought me valuable life lessons and taught me a lot about perspective. After completing my studies in tourism, I lived and worked for six months in Thailand. This country immediately felt like my second home. It was here that I stood in front of a class for the first time and felt: this is my calling!
In the Classroom
Back in the Netherlands, after working a year as a recruiter in the healthcare sector, I decided to continue my career in education. With little experience, I secured my first teaching position. Despite this leap into the deep end, I felt like a fish in water.
In addition to teaching, I pursued a degree in Theater Education and completed a Master's in Sociology. With great passion and enthusiasm, I was able to express my versatility in various roles within higher education. From teacher, trainer, and coach to (online) educational developer and coordinator. Meanwhile, I took various courses in psychology, coaching, improvisational theater, and Thai massage.
A New Adventure
In 2019, the adventure beckoned once again. I resigned from my permanent position at the university and decided to establish In Your Natural Flow. A creative incubator where I combined my talents. By that time, I was already living and working from South Africa and Thailand.
Living and working abroad for extended periods, as well as traveling extensively, has greatly enriched my perspective on myself and life. I still love to travel and immerse myself in a completely different culture and nature abroad for extended periods.
Setbacks as a Gift
In 2013, a chronic knee injury brought me to a standstill literally overnight. For almost a year, I struggled to walk properly. I realized that in all my passionate enthusiasm, I had also been quite hard on myself. This led me to understand that it is just as important to pursue your passions in a sustainable and loving way.
Since then, I have, against doctors' expectations, climbed mountains multiple times. Each summit I reach fills me with immense gratitude and the realization that (self)love is the most important foundation.
In 2024, life forced me to pause once again. After years of struggling with unexplained symptoms and not being taken seriously, I was finally diagnosed with endometriosis. But a diagnosis is only the beginning — not the end of the journey.
It took patience, trust, and the courage to reshape my (working) life even more on my terms and to focus on what is possible. My broad interests and my ability to keep finding creative solutions kept me going.
It reminded me — once again — how right it was to follow that inner knowing back in 2019, when I felt it was time to do things even more my way.
And that journey of discovery is far from over.Continuously tuning in with yourself and what you need right now is a key part of my own path — and an essential part of how I guide others, too.
Are you ready to embark on your multipassionate journey
Instead of continuing to hope for the day when your ideals will come true on their own, I would rather teach you how to take control of your own destiny. With the right tools, you too can steer the ship of your life. Just imagine how free, happy, and loving you would feel if you fully embraced yourself and danced with life!
Both my clients and I have experienced firsthand how much more valuable life becomes in this way. You can surf on your own flow, instead of swimming against your natural instincts. A whole world opened up for me— and continues to do so.
Are you coming along?
A glimpse of my other passions
-
I never thought I could become so addicted to a combat sport. But Muay Thai boxing has stolen my heart! It makes me stronger both physically and mentally. Every training session I feel wonderfully challenged, and it allows my mind to truly relax and become fully present in my body.
-
As a child, I wrote all sorts of songs and play the violin. Later, I taught myself to play the ukulele and guitar. I took various singing courses, as well as courses in cabaret and a theater program where singing was a core component. Although I initially found it super nerve-wracking, I now enjoy performing at open mic or karaoke nights. Singing is truly liberating, if you ask me.
-
Almost nothing gives me as much feeling of freedom as a ride on my motorcycle. It all started when I was cruising around on a motorbike during a trip to Thailand, and I decided to get my motorcycle license in the Netherlands afterward. My favorite moment is riding during sunset.
-
As a child, I enjoyed making jewelry, and during a bike ride to Santiago de Compostela, where I settled in La Coruña, I rediscovered that passion completely. I love gemstones and find it a delightful mindful activity to craft new creations. Given the demand, I also started selling them (on request) under the name Handmade By Saar.
-
Playing in the water is something I've loved to do since childhood. When surfing came into the picture, I was immediately hooked. Admittedly, it's not easy. There are days when I wonder if I can still do it. But once I get back into the flow, it’s so much fun!
-
I'm crazy about water sports, and I have fully embraced stand-up paddleboarding (SUP). It's a sport that engages all your muscles, and you can turn it into an intense workout or just drift peacefully over the water. I try out all sorts of things, and my favorite moment is taking a paddleboard trip during sunset. Later, I also added coaching on a SUP to my services.
You probably recognize that your list of passions is quite long too! :)

Sarah’s professional background
-
In 2009, Sarah stood in front of a classroom for the first time in a mountain village in Thailand. She found her calling in working with groups and individually guiding people in their development.
Upon returning to the Netherlands, she initially worked as a recruiter in Health & Welfare, helping people find jobs that matched their talents and needs.
From 2011 onward, she continued her career as a teacher in vocational education, secondary education, higher education, and at the university level. She taught a variety of subjects, from drama to social sciences (including Psychology and Sociology), and worked as a communication trainer (covering topics such as basic conversation techniques, managing resistance, and intercultural communication). Additionally, she coached individual students in their academic and career paths, developed and coordinated the coaching program for students, and supported fellow teachers and coaches while developing a lot of (online) educational content. Alongside her work in education, she has been undertaking freelance assignments as a trainer and training actor in the social sector since 2012.
In 2019, she founded In Your Natural Flow, through which she guides versatile and entrepreneurial professionals to live and work in a way that aligns with their talents, needs, and dreams. She does this through workshops, individual coaching, and an Online Academy. Currently, she mainly conducts her work online.
Previously, she regularly held individual sessions while walking in nature in Utrecht, using boxing coaching, or on a SUP board (Stand Up Paddle), alternating with Traditional Thai massage. Now, Sarah offers her services fully online, and individual physical sessions are only arranged in consultation when she is in the Netherlands. So if you’re not in the Utrecht area or abroad while traveling, there’s no problem at all.
Since Sarah loves immersing herself in other cultures and enjoys climbing mountains, she spends a lot of time abroad. Additionally, through various volunteer projects she has participated in, she connects with different social and sustainability projects that she is passionate about. These periods always provide her with a lot of inspiration, which she happily shares with you. During the times Sarah is abroad, she fully supports her participants online.

“I noticed that it really works for me. This method has a physical approach. So gently massaging my head or laughing. What I particularly liked is that these were really things you could do and apply to get out of your head. Therefore, I would definitely recommend it.”
